The Fit Finder stores only your size result and the silhouette you asked for, linked to a one-time session cookie unless you create an account. We do not retain image picks, and we do not sell, rent, or share quiz data with the brands we stock. You can wipe your last result with a single click from the result screen or by emailing [email protected].
I'm outside the 28–56 band range, or have a very unusual cup depth. Will this work for me?
Our fit model is graded across bands 28–56 and nine cup depths, calibrated on 1,200+ real bodies since 2017. If your size lives inside that envelope, the Fit Finder is engineered for you. If it sits outside — for example, a 26 band or a custom cup depth — the quiz will route you straight to our patternmakers' custom-fit form rather than guessing. Skipping the quiz does not mean skipping fit; it means we won't pretend.
What if the size it gives me is still wrong?
Every unworn item ships with a free return label — pre-printed on the packing slip, no restocking fee, no questions within 60 days. 11.2% of our orders come back; that's less than half the industry average of 27%, because our sizing is right more often. But on the off chance we miss, you don't pay for our guess. You can also request a free live re-fit with a specialist before re-ordering.
Do I need an account, an email, or a phone number to use the Fit Finder?
No — you can take the quiz anonymously and walk away with nothing saved. If you want the result emailed for later, or want to add it to an account so your sister sizes update automatically as your size changes, you'll be asked at the end. No required fields mid-quiz, no marketing opt-ins, no phone-number capture before the result screen.
